They are short on somewhere to put it. We train teams in high-pressure, people-heavy services to work with their own nervous systems, not against them.
Sickness absence is climbing. Managers are holding more than they can carry and covering for it. People arrive at work with language for what they are experiencing, and nobody has given your organisation a shared way to respond.
You have probably tried something already. A wellbeing week. A training day. A platform with a login that four people used. The team was polite about it and nothing moved.
Every engagement is built for your service. Nothing here is a package you have to take whole.
One topic, one team, no commitment. The way most people start.
Modular sessions spaced across months, designed after an onboarding call and a questionnaire round.
Separate sessions for the people carrying the team. Employment expertise alongside clinical understanding.
Confidential coaching, allocated by you, sold in blocks. Coaching, not therapy and not consultancy.
Additional sessions, refreshers, crisis response protocols, and discovery work where the picture is unclear. Bookable when you need them, costed separately, never bundled into something larger to make the number look better.
We teach through symptoms and situations, never through diagnosis. No condition-labelled profiles, no personality sorting, no one identified in front of their colleagues.
We are not therapists, not HR, and not your employee assistance programme. When a request belongs somewhere else, we tell you and we say where.
Sessions run like a conversation. Teams who have rejected training before tend to stay in this one, which is the part that decides whether any of it gets used.
Questionnaire rounds before and during the programme, uptake figures on coaching blocks, and themes reported back without naming individuals.
I did not learn this from a textbook first.
I have ADHD. I have lived through trauma since childhood, and I spent years adapting around it before I had any language for what I was doing. That is why our sessions look the way they do, and why we never ask anyone to perform recovery in front of their colleagues.
Recovery is not tidy. Wellbeing is not a state you arrive at and hold. Any training that suggests otherwise is going to lose your team in the first ten minutes.
It gives them ownership of controlling their own emotions. That is the shift: I am recognising when I am stressed, I am going to do something about it. I am not going to expect someone external to sort it for me.
Half an hour, no pitch. Tell us what is happening in your service and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit, or who else you should be talking to.
